Driven by a genuine passion for architecture, design and the luxury real estate market, Joep has always been fascinated by the built environment. This passion ultimately led him into real estate, where he combines his appreciation for exceptional homes with a genuine commitment to helping clients find a place where they truly feel at home.
Originally from the Netherlands, Joep now proudly calls the Costa del Sol home. Having gone through the exciting journey of relocating himself together with his partner, he understands both the practical considerations and the emotions that come with finding the right place to start a new chapter. Having previously lived abroad during his Built Environment studies in Curaçao, relocating internationally was a step he embraced with confidence and enthusiasm.
With a background in Built Environment, Joep has developed a natural eye for architecture, construction quality and interior finishes. Whenever he steps into a property, he instinctively pays attention to the craftsmanship, materials and details that contribute to a home’s overall quality and character. Combined with his passion for beautifully designed and renovated homes, this allows him to offer clients a thoughtful perspective that goes beyond location and aesthetics alone.

Outside of work, Joep enjoys staying active in the gym, playing padel, travelling and exploring new destinations. One of his favourite ways to unwind is enjoying a good coffee at one of Marbella’s beachfront cafés or scenic viewpoints while taking in the Mediterranean atmosphere. He also has a keen interest in luxury cars, making Marbella the perfect place to combine his professional ambitions with his personal interests.
