CarlingPetri was founded by Andreas Petri and Björn Gustafsson based on their key principles; customer first, always available, simplicity and full transparency. Andreas Petri

Andreas started investing in properties in Thailand and Malta when he was just 23 and realised he wanted to give people the same great feeling he had when investing either in a great property, buying a dream home or holiday home.
When he was 25, he became the Sales Director for Knightsbridge in Bangkok Thailand and 2 years later he set up his own agency which started with sales in Bangkok and Phuket and within 1 year he sold investment projects all over Asia including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur. Since he was a teenager, Andreas has visited Marbella regularly.
Together with his business partner, they started investing in properties in Marbella about 7 years ago. They both quickly realised the potential and started directing some of their clients towards a secondary property in the Marbella area. He has a strong network of connections with all the developers and excellent negotiating skills to obtain the right price for his clients. Andreas has extensive market knowledge, area knowledge, and is known for his personal touch.
He and his business partner believe that a personal touch is the most important thing when it comes to real estate—every client has their own story, and they want to help you complete this chapter of your life with a home or property that you love. That's why they take time to get to know clients and their wants—and why they regularly take clients out for a round of golf or dinner as part of the process. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
Björn Gustafsson

Calm and patient, Björn is an advisor who has his clients' best interests at heart. He has an exceptional ability to understand clients' needs, wants, and aspirations. Björn comes from the Nordic banking and technology sector, having held many senior positions in firms such as Nordea Bank AB, Ernst & Young AB, and Accenture AB. He's proven himself as a prominent leader and successful businessman with 5 years of experience as a real estate investor on the Costa del Sol and a keen interest in private equity. Björn is adamant about bringing some of the banking processes and structures into the Marbella real estate market. He's able to give advice to clients on opportunities and pitfalls when financing both investments and homes because of his extensive experience within the industry. Björn’s admiration for Costa del Sol and in particular Marbella is something he is keen on sharing with his clients, wanting more people to experience the magical nature, atmosphere, and food that the coast has to offer. Björn would be happy to take his clients out for a round of golf, play a match of padel or go surfing if the waves allow it.

With over 5 years of experience in the interior design industry, Tanya has been able to create the perfect space for our clients. Her passion for art and travel have also contributed to her success. Her warm and friendly demeanour has helped our clients create their ideal home. Since arriving in Marbella she has decorated various high end villas and apartments with her unique talent. When she was young, she had an interest in art and design, helping her family's company with graphic design. After graduating from university, she knew that she wanted to pursue her passion for interior design. She has a real love for design and is very knowledgeable about the various aspects of the industry. She would like to emphasise the outdoor living lifestyle that the city of Marbella has to offer. She is an expert when it comes to the Costa del Sol. She has connections with the various suppliers in the area and can help you find the right materials for your home. Before joining us, she worked in Thailand for four years as a real estate agent and a marketing executive for a high-end developer.

Maria loves to make people's dreams come true and be a part of that process. She has impeccable taste and a drive for design and smart solutions. Her stepfather is a renowned architect in Marbella and she receives strong support and guidance from him. She believes that nothing is impossible if you have the drive and the passion.

Leticia was raised and born in Spain and moved to Costa del Sol a few years ago. Before joining the CarlingPetri team as a real estate consultant, Leticia completed her university education with a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages. She later transitioned into the financial industry where she worked for a number of years. When she came to Marbella a few years ago she found her passion in real estate and pursued a career as a real estate agent. Thanks to her studies and professional background she has strong communicative skills in different languages such as English, Spanish and Chinese. Leticia uses a personal touch with her clients, building relationships with them and always listening to their needs and requirements to help them find them their dream home.
