Who are we looking for?

CarlingPetri Real Estate Sales Agent position is a role integral to our continued growth strategy and expansion of our footprint within the Costa del sol market. We are looking for a high-energy, driven Real Estate agent who ideally has an existing knowledge of the Marbella property market, who will have an emphasis on new business acquisition. You will be introducing our full suite of luxury properties to new prospects, spanning a broad international mix.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Manage your own leads, which are inbound and qualified by our senior management team
  • Utilize online and offline sources to cultivate additional leads and develop/maintain your pipeline
  • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business: make follow up calls, meet up with customers for property viewings, assess business goals through qualifying, work with sales and marketing and close the deal
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Proactive daily account management in our CRM

WHAT WE REQUIRE?

  • English and Spanish speaking and writing
  • Driving license
  • A valid Spanish (EU) work authorization
  • Adept at qualifying leads, prioritizing the pipeline and deal closing
  • Knowledge of online marketing and social media is mandatory, leverage existing social media network
  • Ability to thrive in a performance oriented environment with short sales cycles
  • Stellar work ethic, high energy, results driven, and a team player

LISTING & OFFICE MANAGER

Who are we looking for?

As a Listing & Office Manager at CarlingPetri, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring our clients' properties are presented and marketed effectively. Our office is home and you are the key that makes it run.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the entire listing process, ensuring that listings are accurate, appealing, and reach the right audience. You will work closely with our real estate agents, photographers, and our marketing team to ensure a seamless and successful listing process.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and ensuring that all aspects of the office run efficiently.

What will you work on?

  • Collaborate with real estate agents to gather property information and documentation.
  • Ensure property listings are accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and staging when necessary.
  • Create and maintain engaging property listings on various online platforms.
  • Monitor and update listings to reflect changes in property status, pricing, or other details.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize the visibility and appeal of listings.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential buyers or their agents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and assist with real estate transactions, including paperwork, contracts and communications.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to provide administrative support, such as scheduling showings, inspections and meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

What we require?

  • Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency with real estate software and listing platforms.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and social media is preferred.
  • Stellar work ethic, high energy, results-driven, and a team player.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
